Rincon Colorado

Life in the town of Rincon Colorado, Coahuila has changed since the arrival of the first dinosaur prospectors. Once witnesses to the theft of bones, and today guardians of their paleontological inheritance, the inhabitants of this small community maintain a relation with their Cretaceous neighbors.

One of the benefits of living near a paleontological area is that now they enjoy a small paleontological museum, built near the school in 1994 with support from the governor of Coahuila and SEPC. They also enjoy many visitors, both professional and tourists.
