Classical

Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra
In 1915 a group of Jalisco musicians began performing chamber and symphonic music to the public in Guadalajara. This was the starting point of what is now known as the Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra. It currently has a wide repertoire and gives more than 60 performances per year, including performances accompanying opera, ballet and internationally renowned soloists. In addition, the orchestra holds a program of educational concerts in which children actively participate.
